2021 Audi Q5 Unveiled with More Powerful Engine and Improved Tech
Audi took the wraps off of the 2021 Audi Q5 at the end of June, and in the process completed the refresh of the vast majority of its models. The new 2021 Audi Q5 gets a new and improved interior, a more powerful base turbocharged engine, and an exclusive design element you won’t find on any other vehicle anywhere.

The 2021 Audi Q5’s exterior design has been taken up a notch in terms of sportiness and elegance. The Q5 gets a new headlight design, a more aggressive hood and front fascia, and a redesigned rear area. Perhaps the most significant change made to the 2021 Q5 is in the taillights, however. These special Organic Light Emitting Diodes can change design patterns based on the driving mode selected, or when the vehicle is locked or unlocked. It’s an innovative feature that is sure to help the new Q5 stand out in a crowd.

The new Audi Q5 gets a more powerful turbocharged base engine that now delivers 261 horsepower, 18 more than the outgoing model. Inside, there’s a new centre display screen with improved infotainment, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and more.

The Audi SQ5 as well as the plug-in hybrid TFSI e Q5 models will be back as well when the 2021 Audi Q5 goes on sale this fall.
