Despite the current pandemic, Audi's roadside assistance service in Canada is still available. Services offered include:
- Battery jump start
- Flat tire service
- Lock-out service
- Fuel delivery service
- Emergency extrication service
- Trip interruption assistance
- e-tron only: Out-of-charge towing service (up to 10 events per year)
Moreover, if you are in a collision or your vehicle has a mechanical problem, you can be towed to the nearest Audi dealer or your dealer of choice if you are within 50 kilometres of that dealership.
