Book A Test Drive

Audi released new details on its upcoming flagship electric vehicle, the Audi E-Tron GT. First unveiled as a stunning prototype in 2018, the Audi E-Tron GT that is coming next year will be very similar in design to the concept, and that’s great news for everyone because the E-Tron GT is unbelievably stunning.
This week, we learned more about the Audi E-Tron GT as production is nearing its start. For starters, the Audi E-Tron GT will be very different from the Porsche Taycan despite sharing multiple elements including the 800-volt architecture. Still, the Audi E-Tron GT will have a distinct driving feel and will be its own vehicle. There will be an impressive number of versions as well including an available RS model with over 700 horsepower.
Range hasn’t been confirmed, but expect that it will vary from 350 kilometres to 500 kilometres according to the version.
We also know that the Audi engineering team working on the E-Tron GT has a special soundtrack planned for the E-Tron GT. Audi says it was to give the E-Tron GT a distinctive note when accelerating, and spent a great deal of time working on the new four-door coupe’s sound. Both the sound of the vehicle outside for bystanders and the sound of the vehicle for the driver have been optimized.
The sound comes from over 32 samples including a helicopter and a cordless screwdriver. It was put together to create a very distinctive sound that will be as unique as the car itself.
More info will come over the next few months about the new Audi E-Tron GT, and we will keep you posted as it comes out!
