The 2017 Audi Q7 came with a 2-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 252 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque standard. It was also offered with a supercharged 3.0 litre V6 with 333 horsepower and 325 pound-feet of torque.
2019 Audi Q7 engine lineup
Audi made a few small changes to the Audi Q7 engine lineup in 2019. Specifically, it modified the output of both the 2 L turbo and the 3.0-litre V6. Power was revised to 248 horsepower for the first engine, and 329 horsepower for the second. That said, overall, the performance remained the same, the engines simply became more efficient.
2020-2021 Audi Q7 engine lineup
In 2020, Audi made significant changes to the 3.0-litre V6. No longer supercharged, it was now turbocharged and put out 335 horsepower with a significant increase in torque. Rated at 369 pound-feet of torque, this new engined delivered much quicker accelerations with improved efficiency if you can believe it. 2020 and 2021 Audi Q7 model lineups also saw the introduction of the Audi SQ7 with its exceptional V8 engine that delivers a remarkable 500 horsepower.
